Instructions:
Remove the battery from the node.
Flash the Nodes with correct Firmware.
Wait until the “All nodes firmware up-to-date” test passes.
How to Flash a Node with a Portable Flasher:
Turn on the flasher.
Plug the cable in the node and hold it there.
Pick the appropriate firmware to be flashed by selecting "SEL" → Select by pressing "PROG".
The Sequence of the Installation:
Install Thermostat first → Do the degree test.
Install Occupancy /Door sensors → Do the test.
When to Replace a Node:
Put the battery on- Node should come online and join in 15-20 seconds, otherwise, it has an issue.
Do the following steps:
A. Unmap and remap the node (Wait for 15 seconds)
B. Take the battery out and reinsert it (Wait for 15 seconds to join)

Troubleshooting Steps (for SensorFlow):
Use “Site Visit Info” while the installation is going on. Follow this link: Site Visit Info
For checking the correct Firmware version, use the SF dashboard. Login with “Project Coordinator” ID.
It may take a while to update the FW in the portal. Try refreshing the page if it still shows the old version.
No Gateway restart unless coordinated that everyone is outside the rooms.
