Instructions:
Make sure the door sensor is ON.
Open the door with the sensor attached then wait for a few seconds.
Close the door.
Wait until the test “Door Open/Close” passes on the dashboard.
For Magnetic door sensors - Open the door, close, and open again to pass the test
Both the blades of the magnetic door sensors need to align correctly. It should be close enough to contact both the part properly
Laser Door sensor -Need a little gap between the sensor and the place from where it's reflecting
Troubleshooting Steps (for Contractor):
If the test fails, Restart the Node and try again
If still facing the issue, reset the node and try again. Follow this link, on how to reset nodes: How to Reset a Door Sensor
If the issue still persists replace the node with a new one. Follow the next link to get help: How to Replace a Door Sensor
No gateway restart unless coordinated that everyone is outside the rooms.
When to Replace a Node:
Put the battery on- Node should come online and join in 15-20 seconds, otherwise, it has an issue.
Do the following steps:
A. Unmap and remap the node (Wait for 15 seconds)
B. Take the battery out and reinsert it (Wait for 15 seconds to join)

Sequence of the Installation:
Install Thermostat first → Do the 27-degree test.
Install Occupancy /Door sensors → Do the test.
