Actions:
1. Flash Nodes
2. Reset Nodes
3. Running Tests
4. Set thermostat/remote control to 27C, Cool Mode
5. Cover Occ (with blanket/box/in a drawer) to trigger an automation (AC should go Off)
6. Do the occupancy test first.
7. Repeat if nodes are online but no reaction
8. Setpoint down to 26C and back to 27C
Troubleshooting Decisions:
Node on latest FW & Rework Action completed
If Node Offline, inform IPM to check
replace with new batteries (if applicable)
replace with new Node
bump to different GW
3. If Node is still Offline, enter a remark and proceed with other tests
4. If Node enters Joining state for more than 30s, reset Node & test again (repeat twice at most)
5. If Node fails to come Online (stuck at Joining) after repeating step d twice, inform IPM
6. Only replace nodes if they can’t come Online or there are no blinking LED lights
