Instructions for Comfort Plus Pre-Cooling:
Log in to your customer dashboard.
Choose the room you want to pre-cool.
Ensure it has an online thermostat. If it shows 'Not Updated,' the thermostat might be offline, causing an error if you try to pre-cool.
Click on "Preset" for your chosen room.
In the pop-up, pick the date and time to start pre-cooling.
Set the duration and temperature you prefer.
Confirm by clicking the "Confirm" button.
Check the Comfort Plus Pre-Cooling Status:
Look for a pop-up confirming your pre-cooling schedule. The room icon turns yellow, showing it's scheduled.
Wait for Activation:
Wait until the scheduled time. The room icon turns blue, indicating pre-cooling is in progress.
Cancel Comfort Plus Pre-Cooling (if necessary):
If plans change, click the room and choose "Cancel Preset."
Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up.
The room icon goes back to its original state, signaling that pre-cooling is canceled.
