What are setpoint limitations?
Setpoint limitations are stopping your AC from cooling under or over pre-set temperatures. This way, SensorFlow can save you energy even with guests in the rooms.

This is especially important during the Covid-19 period where guests are spending an increasing amount of time inside their rooms.

How to change setpoint limitations:

Step 1: From the main page, click on "Configuration" at the top of the page.

Change the setpoint limitations for one room only:

Step 1: Click on the room you want to change the settings from.

Step 2: From this page, you can see the configuration from any areas within the room you selected. You can see the setpoint limitations with the minimum and maximum temperatures.

Below, for example, the AC will cool at 19 degrees minimum, not under, and will go as high at 27 degrees, not higher.

Step 3: Select the minimum and maximum temperatures you want your AC to cool at.

Note for properties with a thermostat:

On the right, you can see the little "eye" icon: this is how you can choose to show your guests that you are limiting them.

If you want them to see they are being limited: when they try to select a setpoint under the setpoint limit (here 19 degrees for example), the thermostat will show 19 degrees and will stop. If they try to select a lower setpoint, the screen will remain to show 19 degrees.

If you do not want them to see they are being limited, they will be able to select anything they want on the thermostat, however, the AC will only cool down or up to the setpoint limits.

If your property has a remote, the limits will always be hidden from your guests.

Step 4: Don't forget to save your changes!

Change the setpoint limitations for multiple rooms at once:

Step 1: From the "Configuration" page, select the rooms where you want to change the setpoint limitations (there is no maximum limit for the number of rooms you can select).

Step 2: Once you have selected the room, click on "Bulk Edit Configuration" at the top right.

Step 3: A pop-up window appears with the setpoint limits.
Select it and amend the limits to your choice.

Step 4: Don't forget to save your changes!
