⬇️ Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Setup Installer App V1 Account

  • Click on the "Set Password" link in the email you received.

  • Enter your chosen password.

  • Go to the SensorFlow Dashboard and log in.

Step 2: Logging in as 'Installer' on the Dashboard

  • Access the SensorFlow Dashboard and log in. If you are not logged in, you will be directed to the login page.

  • After logging in, you will see the location that you are assigned to.

Step 3: Go to the key to install

  • Once you find the location, click on the “Keys” button, which will redirect you to the keys list page. Here you can use a filter to find the key you want to enter.

  • Next, click on the Enter button next to the keys you want to enter, and there will be two options.

  • Choose “Start new session” if we are entering the key for the first time

  • Choose “Resume previous session,” if we have already entered the room and come back due for any reason.

Step 4: Enter installation mode

  • At the key detail screen, Click the “Enter” button next to the Key name to enter an installation mode. Button “Enter” will turn into “Exit” after that

Step 5: Work with installation tests

  • Open the “Checklist” tab to view installation tests

  • If the key is not in installation mode, Checklist will display the status of the previous run otherwise It will show “(Running)” next to the room name

There are 2 kinds of tests.

  • Automation test: The test will run automatically by the system, Test will pass as soon as the criteria are passed. However, manual actions are required for the tests to take place. You can click on the icon near each test :warning: to follow the steps required.

  • Manual test: Manual checked by the installer, click on Test status to mark it as completed

Note: If the key doesn’t have a door sensor, the Door test will be passed automatically.

For every single test:

Note: Do not leave the key with any test failed. If test can’t be passed, Please comment the reason.

Step 6: Check Node ID for failed test

  • We will get the node ID for each failed test to determine which tests are showing for which node.

Step 7: Exit installation mode

  • Get back to the Key Details tab, and click “Exit” to exit installation mode.

  • Each installer can only be at one key at the same time, to enter the next room, you will need to exit the room first otherwise “Enter” button will be disabled.

  • Click on the Gear icon to go to the Infrastructure option

  • Click on Enter

  • Run tests

Compressor test:

You will require a clamp meter to measure the current.

  • Flash the energy meter with the install app firmware

  • Enter infrastructure

  • Take a current clamp meter and measure the current going through the same conductor the CT is clamped on.

  • The current reported on the dashboard and on the current clamp meter should be similar I.e. plus minus 10 % or so. Do this ideally with the ac switched on, so you are actually measuring something

Note: Key will exit automatically after 30mins

🚨 If we enter any room more than once and choose the “Resume previous session” option, only those tests will run as failed last time. A passed test will be greyed out.
