Should you be asked to by the SensorFlow team, please refer to the below steps to replace batteries in an Energy Meter.

Step 1: Find the right energy meter. Your Customer Success Manager will be able to help you locate it beforehand.

Step 2: Open the case of the energy meter.

Step 3: Unplug the battery from the sensor.

Step 4: Plug the new battery back.

Step 5: Close the sensor.
