Step 1: Find the right energy meter. Your Customer Success Manager will be able to help you locate it beforehand.
Open the case of the energy meter.
Step 3: Unplug the battery from the sensor.
Step 4: Remove the cables from the ports.
WARNING: each cable needs to be plugged back into the same port number (1, 2 or 3) so you need to keep them separate, knowing which one corresponds to which number.
Step 5: Take a picture of the new sensor’s QR code and Node ID and send it to your Customer Success Manager.
Step 6: Plug the battery to the energy meter.
Step 7: Plug the cables back into each corresponding port of the new Energy meter.
Step 8: Close the sensor.
Step 9: Advise your Customer Success Manager, it will take about 20 minutes to get the data to start coming through.
