Step 1: Remove the old occupancy sensor by separating the bottom part from the base by gently turning the dome anti-clockwise. It will detach from its base, which is stuck to the ceiling.
Step 2: Send a picture of the QR code and Node ID of the new occupancy sensor to your Customer Success Manager.
Step 3: Add the batteries in the new occupancy sensor.
Step 4: Fit the new sensor on the base by gently turning it clockwise, until it locks.
