How to Report Guest Feedback (3 easy steps)

Learn the 3-step process to report and address guest complaints about SensorFlow system.

Step 1: Click the Help (πŸ—¨οΈ) button at the bottom right of your SensorFlow Dashboard.

​Step 2: Create a ticket by selecting "SensorFlow Guest Complaint Form".
​

Step 3: Fill out the form with the required details and click 'Create Ticket':

  • Email Address: [Your Email]

  • Property: [Hotel Name]

  • Key and Room Number: [e.g., Key 1001 Living Room]

  • Incident Date: [Exact Date and Time when the issue happened]

  • Incident Description: [Provide detailed information about the problem to help us better understand and address your concerns]


​Step 4: Stay Informed - You will receive email notifications for every change in your Guest Complaint ticket status.

  • Submitted: The date our team received your ticket.

  • In Progress: The date our Technical Support team began investigating your concern.

  • Resolved: The date when your concern has been fixed or addressed.
