Incident Date: [Exact Date and Time when the issue happened]
Incident Description: [Provide detailed information about the problem to help us better understand and address your concerns]
βStep 4: Stay Informed - You will receive email notifications for every change in your Guest Complaint ticket status.
Submitted: The date our team received your ticket.
In Progress: The date our Technical Support team began investigating your concern.
Resolved: The date when your concern has been fixed or addressed.
Feel free to follow up directly via email or through the Intercom Messenger by clicking on the Help (π¨οΈ) button.
