SensorFlow System "Do" and "Don't"

What are the things to be aware of with the SensorFlow system, what are the things to do, and the things to avoid to keep a healthy system?

Don’ts

Inform SensorFlow before there is a Wifi/ network change in the property (both for the SSID and password). If you change the wifi credentials before you tell us, the whole system will go and remain offline.

Power off the electrical power source that is linked to the Gateway.

Understand and take note of the location of the Gateways & sensors installed in the property.

Disconnect wifi linked to the Gateway.

Inform SensorFlow when a piece of equipment is damaged.

Provide details of the following:

1. Room Number

2. Type of sensor and Photo Reference (QR code)

Remove or shift the placement of the SensorFlow sensors installed.

Inform SensorFlow if there is a change in the AC System/ Units/ Model (FCU, Wall Mount Units, Remote Control, etc.)

Provide details of the following:

1. Room Number

2. Brand/Model ID

Remove or replace batteries from the equipment installed. Our sensors only operate with our specially designed batteries.
